We are now looking for a Consultant Manager internally for our office in Gothenburg. The role is suitable for those who are at the beginning of their career, who thrive in a business-oriented role and want to develop within recruitment, leadership, and talent supply in a rapidly growing company.

As a Consultant Manager at Friday, you will have a broad and responsible role where you work closely with both people and business. You will be responsible for the entire chain – from attracting and recruiting the right talent to developing consultants and building long-term customer relationships.

The role includes, among other things:

• Recruitment – the entire recruitment process from requirement profile, search, and career meetings to interviews, background checks, and hiring
• Candidate Management – proactive dialogue with candidates and relationship building over time
• Consultant Management – coaching, follow-up, and leadership for your consultants where you are their direct manager
• Invoicing & Administration – responsibility for follow-up, invoicing, and administrative tasks related to your assignments
• Business Development – business-oriented collaboration with clients, identifying needs, developing partnerships, and contributing to growth

Friday is, together with OIO, part of U Group. At our headquarters in Gothenburg, we are about 40 colleagues, of which 20 of us work operationally with Friday's business in the West region. We are just at the start of our journey, and you will be an important part of developing Friday forward!

Even though it is not the formal requirements but you as a person that are in focus for us, there are some experiences and prerequisites that we believe can help you succeed in the role:

• A relevant post-secondary degree
• Practical experience in recruitment, preferably within the consulting or staffing industry
• You thrive in a commercial and business-oriented role
• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Driving license (B)

• Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Project or initiative-taking experience, e.g., participation in process improvements, events, or employer branding activities
• Experience in sales
